This Subscription Policy explains how billing, payments, trials, and cancellations work for the I Got It™ application operated by Next Prairie Innovations LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By subscribing to I Got It, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Subscription Structure
I Got It is offered as a subscription-based service.
Subscriptions are billed:

Per organization ("Team Leader" account)

Not per individual user
Each subscription plan includes access for a defined number of teams and team members, depending on the selected plan.
Plans & Pricing
Available plans and pricing are displayed within the app and on our website.
Pricing may include:

Monthly subscription options

Annual subscription options (at a discounted rate)
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Free Trials
Some plans may include a free trial period.
During a free trial:

You have full access to the selected plan’s features

No charges are applied until the trial ends
Unless canceled before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Billing & Payment
Billing is handled through authorized third-party platforms, including:

Apple App Store

Google Play Store

Or other approved payment processors
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Prevents future charges
You are responsible for managing subscriptions through the platform where you originally subscribed (Apple, Google, or website).
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for:

Refund requests must be submitted through the original payment platform (Apple or Google), and are subject to their policies.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

The Team Leader account holder is responsible for:
