These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the I Got It™ mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by Next Prairie Innovations LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Description of the Service
I Got It is a task-claiming and task-assignment platform designed to help teams coordinate work.

The basic workflow is:

A Team Leader creates a task

Team Members may volunteer by selecting “I Got It”

The Team Leader assigns the task

The task is completed and reviewed

The Service is intended as a coordination tool only and does not guarantee task completion, task quality, or real-world outcomes.

User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account.
​
You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account information

All activity that occurs under your account

Ensuring that only authorized users access your account

You agree not to share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access.

Roles & Responsibilities
Team Leaders
Team Leaders are responsible for:

Creating tasks

Assigning tasks
-
Reviewing completed work

Managing team membership
Team Members
Team Members are responsible for:

Volunteering for tasks
-
Completing assigned tasks
-
Providing accurate updates and attachments
We do not verify user qualifications, credentials, or real-world capabilities.
Task & Real-World Disclaimer
I Got It does not:

Monitor task execution
-
Guarantee task outcomes
-
Ensure safety, compliance, or correctness
-
Provide professional or legal advice
All tasks are performed at the discretion and risk of users and their organizations.

I Got It is a coordination tool only.
Subscriptions & Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree that:

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually

Billing is per organization (leader account)
-
Prices may change with notice
-
You may cancel at any time
-
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

Trials may automatically convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial period ends.

File Uploads & Storage
Users may upload files related to tasks.
All uploaded files are:

Temporary
-
Automatically deleted after a limited retention period (typically approximately 7 days)
We do not guarantee permanent storage of any files.
Users are responsible for retaining their own copies of important content.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content

Harass or threaten others
-
Impersonate another person
-
Attempt to breach security or system integrity

Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, designs, and platform content associated with I Got It are owned by Next Prairie Innovations LLC.
You may not:

any part of the Service without written permission.

This does not include user-generated content, including tasks, descriptions, or files uploaded by users. Users retain ownership of their own content.

Availability & Changes

Temporarily suspend access for maintenance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Prairie Innovations LLC is not liable for:

Lost data

Missed deadlines

Business interruptions

Injuries or damages resulting from task execution
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

Your actions create legal or security risks

You may also terminate your account at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
