Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the I Got It™ mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by Next Prairie Innovations LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

 

Description of the Service

I Got It™ is a task-claiming and task-assignment platform designed to help teams coordinate work.

 

The basic workflow is:

  • A Team Leader creates a task

  • Team Members may volunteer by selecting "I Got It"

  • The Team Leader assigns the task

  • The task is completed and reviewed

The Service is intended solely as a coordination and communication tool. It facilitates the assignment and tracking of work but does not guarantee task completion, task quality, user performance, or any real-world outcome.

 

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Ensuring that only authorized users access your account

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

You agree not to share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

1. Team Leaders: Team Leaders are responsible for:

  • Creating tasks

  • Assigning tasks

  • Reviewing completed work

  • Managing team membership

  

Team Leader Responsibility for Task Assignments

Team Leaders are solely responsible for determining whether a task is appropriate for a particular Team Member and for ensuring that assigned work complies with all applicable laws, regulations, workplace policies, licensing requirements, and safety standards.

 

Next Prairie Innovations LLC and the I Got It™ platform do not evaluate, supervise, verify, or approve task assignments, user qualifications, certifications, licensing, experience, or the suitability of any task for any individual.

 

All decisions regarding task creation, assignment, supervision, and execution remain solely the responsibility of the organization and its Team Leaders.

 

2. Team Members: Team Members are responsible for:

  • Volunteering for tasks

  • Completing assigned tasks

  • Providing accurate updates and attachments

  • Performing only those tasks they are qualified, authorized, and capable of completing safely

 

Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment before accepting or performing any assigned task.

 

User Qualifications

Next Prairie Innovations LLC and the I Got It™ platform do not verify, certify, or guarantee any user's qualifications, credentials, licensing, training, experience, or real-world capabilities.

 

Organizations and Team Leaders are solely responsible for determining whether Team Members possess the necessary qualifications to perform assigned work.

 

Task & Real-World Disclaimer

I Got It™ does not:

  • Monitor task execution

  • Supervise users while performing work

  • Guarantee task outcomes

  • Guarantee task quality

  • Ensure legal compliance

  • Ensure workplace safety

  • Ensure regulatory compliance

  • Verify user qualifications or certifications

  • Determine whether a Team Member is qualified or appropriate for a particular task

  • Provide legal, professional, engineering, medical, financial, or safety advice

 

All tasks are performed solely at the discretion and risk of users and their organizations.

 

I Got It™ is a coordination and communication platform only.

 

Next Prairie Innovations LLC assumes no responsibility for decisions made by organizations, Team Leaders, or Team Members regarding task assignments, task acceptance, supervision, or task execution.

 

Subscriptions & Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.

 

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually

  • Billing is per organization (leader account)

  • Prices may change with reasonable notice

  • You may cancel at any time

  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law

 

Free trials, if offered, may automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.

 

File Uploads & Storage

Users may upload files related to tasks.

 

All uploaded files are:

  • Temporary

  • Automatically deleted after a limited retention period (typically approximately seven (7) days)

  •  

We do not guarantee permanent storage of uploaded files.

 

Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own copies of any important files or information.

 

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate others

  • Impersonate another individual or organization

  • Attempt to breach security or system integrity

  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code

  • Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

 

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, interfaces, and platform content associated with I Got It™ are the exclusive property of Next Prairie Innovations LLC.

 

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Reverse engineer

  • Redistribute

  • Resell

  • Create derivative works from

any part of the Service without prior written permission.

 

This restriction does not apply to user-generated content, including tasks, descriptions, comments, attachments, and uploaded files. Users retain ownership of their own content.

 

Availability & Changes

We may:

  • Modify features

  • Add or remove functionality

  • Temporarily suspend access for maintenance

  • Improve or discontinue portions of the Service

  •  

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Next Prairie Innovations LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Task failures

  • Missed deadlines

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost business opportunities

  • Lost or corrupted data

  • Business interruptions

  • Property damage

  • Personal injury

  • Financial losses

  • Regulatory penalties

  • Damages arising from task assignments or task execution

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service

 

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

 

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the Service

  • Your actions create legal, operational, or security risks

  • Continued access could negatively impact the Service or other users

 

You may also terminate your account at any time.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
